![]() We didn’t find the air conditioning in our room to work extremely well. Some dirt, paint chipping in the hallways, garbage in stairwells at times, etc. There were just little things that needed better upkeep. The cons were that the hotel was a little dated, elevators were always out of order, vending machines didn’t work or weren’t stocked, only one ice machine worked in our floor. The earliest it leaves is 8:30am and get a ride back late you need to take the monorail to Epcot as that is the only pickup spot after 5:30. We used the shuttle to the Disney parks 2 days. You do get a discount on breakfast if you pay at the front desk rather than the marketplace. The kids loved the arcade and the buffet breakfast was great. So many great spots to eat or get snacks. The kids enjoyed going to this pool where it was warmer. There is another pool on the other side of the hotel and it is heated. ![]() The next day was Tuesday and it was way less crowded. The first day we went it was very crowded but it was also a Saturday. The only downfall about the water park was that the water was freezing. There was a restaurant, bar, bathrooms, hot tubs, splash pads, pool and slides. It included a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, bunk room and room with a king bed. Checkin was a breeze and staff were very friendly and helpful. We got there late at night as we had a late flight. The reviews made it out to be way worse than what it was. The reviews I had read after booking had me absolutely terrified and I was actually impressed once I got there. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in March.
